I figured I start my blogging off with a little history lesson.
I got into the Adult Industry Nov. 23, 2001. Had some of the best times(and not so best time) of my life from then until approx mid 2006. At that time in my porn career I was a condom only performer(HIV outbreak scared the shit outta me). To supplement my income I started working for North Pole/North Star in their office doing office work. I am forever grateful to them. They started paying me to direct and learn how to work a camera for a MILF line-never saw how they turned out. I was waaay too scared lol.
At this point, I started going to school for my passion, human behavior/unconscious drives. I do love having sex on camera, but I can’t do it forever…unfortunately. So, I quit the biz without any announcement of retirement(thankfully, I didn’t lol). I was ready to put the porn biz behind me and lead a “normal” life. So, I went to school in Santa Fe, NM for a bit and came back to Cali after I graduated. Then, I decided that one school wasn’t enough and went to another on here in the valley. I graduated that one at the beginning of ‘08. I am now a C.Ht, (MP)NLP-Clinical Hypnotherapist and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. I studied Hawaiian Shamanism and a bit of Quantum Physics, as well. I almost had a full time practice until the economy went to shit, student loans started coming in, and left the long time BF. So, I took whatever money the gov’t didn’t take out of my ROTH. That didn’t get me too far. So….What can I do now?? The one thing I tried to push out of my life that I missed for a looong time. PORN!! I went back and forth with myself knowing that I’m risking my credibility as a therapist. Eventually, I said, “Fuck it! I’m the only one who has to live with me and pay my bills. Judge me…” So I called Mark Speigler in March of ‘09. I’ve been working ever since. I don’t work as much as I could…I want to keep time to see the clients(therapy clients…not those kind!! Before you ask.) I still see.

I find you so interesting. Even more so because of your blog. I knew you left the industry for while but never knew why. I’m glad you took the time to let people know. The differences in your two careers are very far apart. I too have two very different and sometimes opposing careers. I’m a full time police officer and full-time comedian/actor. I enjoy having another life after all the drama I see everyday. Knowing that you balance two divergent careers motivate me to keep doing what I’m doing. I follow you on twitter and enjoy your Tweets! I think its really awesoem you went back to school! I’ve been doing it since fall of 2007. Was going for nursing degree but chemistry was kicking my ass I I switched to medical assisting.
Was a US Navy Corpsman for years.

Glad to see you finally blogging and its good to know that you pursue your passions, there’s no point on living a life without passion. As for your practice, I’m sorry to hear you couldn’t get a full practice, but I’m quite sure you will get there soon if that’s what you really want. I doubt anyone really has the right to judge you, and personally i wouldn’t mind at all if my therapist was in the adult industry, human beings are valuable despite which path they choose to follow in their lives, besides there are bills to pay. I hope everything turns out great for you, both in porn and your “normal life” as the is not such a thing as a normal life

I’m well, thanks. So far, they are going well.
What made me decide to get back in other than for the obvious reason was because I felt I separated to parts of my life. This is my attempt to merge the to and get closure. When I left, I didn’t announce a retirement etc. I felt I abandoned a lot of ppl that were and are close me to. I felt I owed myself and them a proper “hello” and “goodbye”-when that day comes. If it wasn’t for my fans I wouldn’t have been able to support myself or continue my educational goals. I am forever grateful for that.

Behavioral issues from smoking, weight loss, addictions…and work with psychologist/psychiatrists on a referral basis with ppl that don’t want to takes meds to get over depression, anxiety, etc. My favorite thing to work on with ppl are phobia’s-just b/c I’ve had a few. A very rewarding thing!
